quotes Hi there, not sure who's told you 330g? more around 350g-370g. I'm about 13.5-14st in riding gear. They held up fine when i had them, xc/trail riding...red/black runs, odd small jump, never buckled them. But a wheel is only as good as the build.

quotes Best bet would be to remove the old one first, if its a cartridge bb then it should have the axle size written on it, if not simply measure the axle length.

quotes I used a totally different chainset set-up with different interface (chainset with integrated axle - XT M770) than what you need..ie BB with axle.

Fair enough. But I've had a £350 offer and a £320. Nah, it's down here in Warwick. I'm from Sunderland originally, but am living and working down here at the moment. How come you commented anyhow? Are you looking for a new XC frame?

According to my lbs, it's a perfectly reasonable price to ask- you can't buy a frame only option- you have to buy the full bike (around £850 for the 2010 and £1100+ for the 2011), but they said if they were to sell the frame on it's own, they'd sell it for between £550 and £600. Plus I've had a few offers pretty near the asking price, but not quite there. I'm in no rush to sell, so just waiting to see what happens.

Thats a real bummer dude, you'd think for 900 they'd make the f*ckin frame stronger. I feel sorry for you now, i couldn't do with not having a bike to use.
